Eli is constantly moving, babbling, and smiling (usually camera illusive). What a happy boy he is! And we love it. He had his four month check up, including shots (tear) and is in the 95th percentile for weight and around 80th for height. He is growing so big so fast! I've gotten these reactions from my pediatrician's office nurses: 1) What are you sneaking him some McDonalds in with his milk? and 2) Dang, all on boob milk? That's impressive!
So he is healthy and chunky and wonderful, but man my arm gets tired after a while hauling him around places. Guess I still need to work on my super mom strength.
Eli is rolling over front to back and back to front. He doesn't stay put in one place for long. He kicks his legs and flails his arms when he's excited about things. He loves it when you stand him up on his legs. It never fails to make him smile and laugh. He always wants to see what is going on so he does these little sit ups to look around all the time. He must have some rock hard abs under that baby fat!
He loves to talk and is making all sorts of sounds. He gets pretty loud haha but that's all part of his fun. I'm not sure when the "official" word is on when kids know their names, but I think he knows his. He is always responsive when you say his name, so I'm gonna go ahead and call it. He knows it.
I really should have thought about taking these monthly photos on a sheet because the more he moves the more wrinkly these photos get. There was no stopping it this month! Fun little "behind the scenes" video HERE!
Ok mom, we're done.
