That One Time We Ate the Whole Cheesecake

It happened. I feel like some sort of confession was needed. Or maybe this is a humble brag? (!) In any case, we really meant to share this cheesecake. I meant to take a picture of the whole thing too, but alas we were cutting into it at close to midnight last weekend when it was all done being cooked and cooled. Then slowly but surely throughout the week we consumed it sans sharing and sans shame. Can you blame us? I'll have to post the recipe soon- it's too good not to share!
