A Snow Day

This was the view I had of the front of our place as I pulled out of our garage on Monday, ready to head to work. There are actually stairs up to our front door, not that you can tell. I got stuck twice just trying to pull out of our little complex and once I got to the main roads things were not looking pretty. Idaho just doesn't believe in snow plowing as religiously as Alaska does. Two frustrating trips around the block that took 30 minutes, one heroic husband, and some tears later, I was back at home and not going to work. To that I say happy snow day! I got some much needed extra sleep.
